How to book?

Take advantage of the best prices by booking your stay on the Île d'Oléron directly on our website.

In holiday homes, payment is possible by check, bank transfer, or cash, but we do not accept credit cards. The price shown is generally per week (from Saturday 4:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM or from Sunday 4:00 PM to Sunday 10:00 AM for "Côté Océan" and "La Cabane" in July and August).

However, arrivals and departures during the week are possible depending on availability.

For the house "La Cabane", heating is included in the rental price.

Cleaning service, bed linen, and towels are available for an additional fee (price varies by house).

You can contact me by email or phone to confirm the availability of a house or for any other information. To confirm your reservation, a rental agreement in duplicate will be sent by mail. One copy of the agreement must be signed and returned, along with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival. A security deposit of 50% of the weekly price plus a cleaning deposit (which varies depending on the house) will be required upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure or within 7 days, depending on the condition of the house.
