How to book?

Take advantage of the best prices by booking your stay on the island of Oléron, directly on our website. 

In holiday homes, payment is possible by cheque, bank transfer or cash, but we do not accept bank cards. The price indicated is generally per week (from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. or from Sunday 4 p.m. to Sunday 10 a.m. for “Côté Océan” and “La Cabane” in July and August). For the house "La Cabane", heating is included in the rental price. 

You can contact me by email or phone to confirm the availability of a house or for any other information. To confirm the reservation, a rental contract in duplicate is sent by post. A copy of the contract must be returned signed, accompanied by a deposit of 25%. The balance of the rental amount is to be paid on arrival. A deposit check for 50% of the price of the week + a deposit check for cleaning (different depending on the house) will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure or within the following 7 days depending on the state of the house.
